Step into a surreal reimagining of Istanbul and the mystery at the heart of Pera Coda.
A city remembered, not reproduced
Pera Coda takes place in Istanbul, but not as a literal map. Its city is assembled from recognisable architecture, everyday details and the unreliable texture of memory. Streets bend into one another, familiar landmarks feel subtly displaced, and the ordinary can become dreamlike without warning.
This heightened version of the city reflects Deniz’s inner state. He is trapped between life and death, repeating a journey through places connected to the memories and burdens he has avoided. Exploration gradually changes the meaning of those spaces as new conversations and discoveries reveal what happened there.

Solving traumas, not crimes
Dialogue, observation and environmental puzzles drive the investigation. Each loop is an opportunity to understand more, make different choices and confront the psychological burdens keeping Deniz on the other shore. The mystery is deeply personal: freedom depends on uncovering what he has buried and choosing how to live with it.
Game Informer described Pera Coda as an emotional point-and-click adventure shaped by magical realism and a recurring passage between life and death. Their preview also explores the meaning behind the game’s title and the role Istanbul plays in its emotional world.
